Description

This carpet is a replica of the Bazerik carpet. Its prototype is the oldest carpet in the world today. The original work was woven in 383 BC. It was discovered by archaeologists in the ice coffin of the Prince of Scythia in southern Siberia in 1948. It is currently in the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia.
